I was talking to the guy who's in the office in Dartmouth or Halifax and I told him that I got a call from the states and he said that they didn't have anything to do with anyone in the states, so I was concerned if you were actually a valid organization or not.(I explained to her what GuildQuality is and assured her that we are in fact a valid company.)
We recently had extra snow guards added to our roof. The workers that showed up, were professional and dedicated, it was Saturday evening, they were all smiles and very polite.
Interlock Roofing has an excellent product and is very competitive for a "lifetime" metal roofing solution. Well worth the extra costs for a superior product.
Again, as long as that missing step gets completed I give this a 4. For now, I will say 3.6. It would have been if they had taken care of that one ommitted step, but they said they will take care of it.
The communication fell short of my expectations. We had a windstorm, and they did not put the underlay down correctly. It was installed with only a few nails, and we had to listen to it flapping all night.
