The roofers did a professional job installing the roof and cleaning up after the roof was completed. Neighbors have spoken about our roof and many passing cars have slowed down when they have seen the sign to view our roof.
The re-application of siding needed improvement, as well as some of the tile installs. Some of the tiles don't look like they were installed the same way as others that look right. I'd like to have someone come out to our house and assess the quality. I love the material, the roof looks good, though some of the panels and tiles are questionable. They didn't pick up every nail but an attempt was made. The installers were nice, kind, courteous, professional and easy to talk to. Overall, the work quality was good. The majority of the roof looks fantastic. Perhaps I don't know any better.

I love the roof and I think the profile is beautiful. They should have probably put down tarps on the ground to collect all the debris, then I think the cleanup would've been easier and better. In our province, we have had a lot of people come from Ukraine because of the war, and I was impressed that they had hired someone from Ukraine. It showed that they were corporate citizens. They are doing their share to help out, I guess. That pleases me when I see things like that.
Our experience with your company was both pleasing and alarming. The product is beautiful although we have yet to experience a winter with it. Your salesman was pleasant and professional. The installation crew was mixed, given the lead in to their arrival they were a shock. It would be unfair to paint all with the same brush so I won't comment further. We had a leak, but it was dealt with well and quickly

Everything was good. Everything was ahead of schedule. There was still some debris left; but given the level of destruction and construction that happened, it's impossible to clean up everything. It was expected. I don't know where they could improve.
