Our neighbors had problems with ice dams but our roof did not with the Interlock Metal Roofing System. The installation crews were very professional and courteous.
Keeping tarp right by the house to collect falling metal pieces and nails. I wouldn't want my dogs to step on the metal pieces. We understood that the supervisor would come to check on the project throughout the whole process. Perhaps we misunderstood, but my daughter was the only one who saw him after the project was completed. I am glad you sent me this survey so I can feel that someone in the company is interested in my feelings about the results. This new roof cost a lot of money and I want to feel absolutely positive that it is perfect and that if I have concerns they are addressed in a timely manner.
We are completely satisfied with the overall project and it was a great experience.

The job site was generally cleaned at the end of the day. But far too much stuff was tossed off the roof into our planters with little regard. The area could and should have been scoured for a better final clean up. The roof itself is absolutely beautiful and I am very pleased with it.
I was courteous and prompt in keeping Michael updated. The additonal cold call from interlock shortly after keeping Michael updated was the final decision to no further consider this company.
Better communication to establish dates. Many phone calls went unreturned.
It appears that interlock does not want to be in the standing seam business. Price way too high.
