About as good a product as I've ever purchased. They had aluminum before any of the ones now advertising on television. Great work and lots of great comments from people seeing my roof. If they were in my monetary range I would hire them in a heartbeat. My wife and I loved the product.
Homeowner was short with me and did not want to speak to me at first. I was able to ask the open ended questions and got the reason why he was defensive. They are putting a hold on the project. Currently, homeowner feels they do not need a new roof just yet. He was satisfied with sales presentation but right now is not the time to move forward.
They could improve by coming to fix the issues I suggested. Someone need to come out to fix the issues I had during installation.
