I am very happy with the new roof. I wish they had something to carry the cut material. When they cut in the middle, the material fell down off the roof.
They did a very good job. The roof is very good quality, but I'm just not happy with the gutter situation. I ended up paying an extra $1800 to get them fixed.
Communications and installation service should be clearly defined on purchasing. The completed roof looks fabulous, and makes our house more attractive. We have to wait for bad weather to see if we still have a leak.

I had my roof installed in May 2003. I noticed the coating had some peeling in 2021. I contacted them in the beginning 0f June 2021 and by the end of June they had approved my claim. It took 8 months but they replaced my entire roof with no charge at all to me.
