I would have liked to have seen a company rep visit the worksite at some point during the job. The roof looks beautiful,i did not hear any difference with heavy rain noise. I thought the metal would be more noisy than the asphalt shingles.I was told by the neighbors it looks just like real slate,i also love the slate look nice!

Communication with install crew was difficult. No one spoke fluent English. and when received a call from install supervisor it was difficult to understand him.Other then trying to communicate with the crew, the crew worked late into the evening and did a great job. I understand it not easy to find good workers. The crew was polite and work hard and did great work, but a person who could speak English on the crew would be nice.
They were excellent in all ways.

After many years of having my roof repaired or replaced, I decided to call Interlock Industries, Inc. since I had miraculously just received an advertisement in my mail. After Paul Forrer came to my house in July and explained the procedure, etc, I was ready to hire the company. In October, the dumpster and shingles arrived. I was excited.
I have been the owner of my home since 1979. Since then, I have been through water heaters, paint jobs and one roof. After the third water heater let loose, I decided there had to be better products out there. I now own a water heater that I can trust and my oil company will stand by.
They could have communicated about existing conditions.
Communications. From start to finish all the players need to know what was agreed on. Initially, they didn't have enough English speaking people, but sent someone out. They need a bi-lingual spokes person.
