(Site Foreman) and his install team were hard working, professional, and extremely thorough.
Michael is great and was knowledgeable about the roofing issue. We just need to seem to come together on the price or how we're going to do the project. He didn't get much into the financing though and I may need more information on that to consider it further.
They could have improved on the project by having a manager on site who could speak English. They did not tell me how many pieces of plywood were going on top of the house and Micheal gave me the wrong price of the plywood which made the cost go up.
This letter is in regard to our recent purchase and installation of an Interlock Roofing System at our home on 7 Shingle Island Lane in North Dartmouth. We experienced a failing asphalt roof after only 14 years!
We had our whole house done by Interlock in 2005, we've only had one issue (wind damage) and they came out the next day to repair the damage. At the time we left a small overhang undone with plans of removing it, however our plans changed and the roof had deteriorated with the passing of time. I called and they were very receptive to coming out to inspect and then replace. The work was done quickly, on time and to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend Interlock, you wont be sorry!
