It can be hard to get a hold of people when you call in. I don't think I have called and not had to leave a voicemail. Calls went unreturned for over 24hrs.

They could have improved on the clean up. Winter can be tough, but they could do a more thorough clean up. Peter said that after the roof project, I would have a chance to write a thank you letter, and we would receive a $500 bonus. I have not received that yet.
I was very much interested in the steel roof, but when it's doubled in price and has the ice issue, it's a no-brainer.
Hopefully, Interlock decides to honor what their employees told us e.g. this roof is not what we bought!
