Dear Interlock, I am writing to express my comments regarding the installation at the above address. First, we would like to thank Mike Baldassari for the professionalism he demonstrated during the initial meeting and follow-ups. This is our second and final roof at this home, which we expect to last for years, to the next Cassaro generation. I would recommend your company and product to anyone thinking about a long-lasting solution.
I am very satisfied with the project. We had a big rain storm and the water just slid right off. People say that there is a lot of noise with the metal roofs, but there was no noise.
I think they could improve the coordination between the sales team and the installation team. When I told the installers it was a 4-day project he clearly indicated that the 4 days was not a realistic time frame. That isn't a big thing for me but if I would have known it was a 2-week job up front, I would have probably been fine it. Call me in a year and I will let you know how this roof works.
