Interlock installers were great to deal with. They completed the job in half the time that was quoted. The one minor discrepancy I found two months after installation was fixed by an Interlock representative less than twelve hours after reporting it. The higher cost of an interlock roof has been worth every penny and I’m not even through my first winter yet.
I am unlikely to recommend Interlock to a friend. I found the sales representative, Jonathan Brown, highly deceptive when pricing the deal. That is simply unacceptable. I did find the installation crew hard working and organized. They did a good job and I appreciated that. I didn't get the idea that there was a lot of supervision, though and some of the installation problems that came up at the end reflected that. I still have some questions about the work. They should provide a port-potty for the crew.
We love the stylish new look our house got with the Metal Slate Roofing and the longevity Interlock Roof System offers. Although the roof is made of aluminum, the design makes the roof look as if it was traditional slated roof.
Our only challenge was the language barrier with the roofing crew. One of the employees could speak very broken English and we cannot speak Spanish so it was difficult to ask questions or discuss concerns directly with the crew. However, a simple phone call to Jennifer Simons at the Walpole office addressed the issue.

I think the salesperson could be a little more specific when talking with the customer.
