I can tell you that your guy was not pushy. I had another company come out and their guy was the pushiest guy I've met. I respect the fact that David didn't call or harass me everyday.
They fell short in the area of communication. The person who was subcontracted dropped of the waste disposal unit early in the morning and he have a huge problem with that because we were not notified. We have underlying issues with the dumpster people. They did not inform us that they were going to arrive. We have issues with their inconsiderate arrivals and it was very unfortunate.
I would take it in a minute but we can't afford it.

Everybody was polite. I called back for minor repairs which they came out and addressed.
1. SPEAK ENGLISH! It was nearly impossible to communicate with the crew. Most of the time there was no one on site who spoke English. Follow up was weak. I signed off with a crew that spoke no English late on a Friday after they had worked long hours, and got no further follow up until I called in with a problem
