Our issues were more situational. A dumpster was not able to be dropped at our house due to the location so cleanup was a concern and there was a lot of debris around the yard but that could not be helped. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend them.
I told Glenn and Mike they need to go around and take a better look at bay windows and how the flashing needs to be up around them.

As a retired civil engineer I bought the roof for seismic purposes. The existing asphalt roof weighed over nine thousand pounds (8 1/2 tons). This one weighs about 800. The interesting part has been temperature. The aluminum dropped the summer temperatures in the house dramatically.
The discount for plowing pictures to be taken, write a review and putting a sign out was a very short timeframe. I was not unable to take advantage of it. It was only for 3 or 4 days. It seemed like an arbitrary deadline.
Communication. Each time a tentative date was scheduled we would hear nothing more until we reached out to ask about it.
