No Completing their projects on time. Their customer service and communication really lacks. Project managers need to be on site to address issues. Cleaning up after themselves to prevent accidents.
Interlock could have improved in this way: they could have cleaned up better. There were scraps of metal on the roof and in the yard.
With their honesty over the contract. I'd like to receive my warranty.
I'd wait two or three weeks for a call. They said they'd get back to me but they never did. I don't know if I would or not. They need to communicate with people better.
