Apparently there was a hold up at the Canadian border that delayed us a day. After that everything went quickly and smoothly. Victor and his crew were awesome. We added solar tubes with the roof.
Communication from office staff on installation date. Evidently my office person went on maternity leave and there was no one to back her up or to retrieve her phone messages or her email. Had to call our wonderful Sales rep to get any updates.
It was definitely worth it in the long run, I don't understand why everyone doesn't have one of these roofs for safety with the chance of fire in our area. The crew did a great job.

Multiple people have complimented the roof and how quickly it was put on. I didn't pick the roof for the looks, I picked it for the functionality. The beauty of it is breathtaking.
As an appraiser this type of roofing is nice to see. It does not add dollar per dollar in value to your home. Price is a little steep.
The customer service is a little lacking. They could have improved their customer service for our project. The final product is great. The field team was great. I think they bit off more than they could chew with the housing boom and got overbooked. The roof is great, though!
Being on time with schedule would have been nice. Plus the communication was a total fail
