We are really pleased with our new roof and with the process of working with Interlock. Staff at every stage were professional, courteous and wonderful to work with. We especially commend our salesman, Damon, and the installation team. The roof looks amazing and relieves the stress of thinking about any roofing needs in the future. Communication from the administrative team to us was fairly good, as was the communication from the installation team. Communication between the administrative team and the installation team seemed like it could improve, as some information we had provided to the administrative team did not get relayed to the installation team, and vice versa.
It is a wonderful product and Glenn was great, but it is too much money for our application.
