The work crew made a good effort to clean up at completion, but I have found, and occasionally find more nails in the perimeter. This is significant since the drive way goes around the house and is close to the house and roof edge. I would recommend a follow up sweep of the area with a magnetic sweeper.

Dear Interlock: It has been a couple of months since the installation of my Interlock roof was completed, and two neighborhood endorsements have been forthcoming in that period. First, neighbors have commented about how good it looks, and second, they have commented on the daily cleanup done by the installation crew. I heartily endorse my neighbors' comments.

After they dropped of the materials they did not show up for two days. It would have been nice to have known what was going on. We were told they would come at 9 AM the next day, but they did not show up. They should have told us that they were not coming. That was the only problem that I had.
Think Michael Baldassari should have checked in at start of Job to explain how job would progress and answer questions I had regarding the job. should have reviewed job midway, and when job is done.,gone over the work done and go over job and details that I the customer have to say is ok and sign for with a worker who barely speaks English. He took the money and contract and I never saw him again. This is a very expensive job and I expected a lot more contact with the Rep that sold me the job. I had a Morton building just put up that was almost as expensive as this roof and they were there for the whole process. I was left out to dry as soon as I gave mike a check which it appears is all he wanted (he also bragged about all the prizes and awards and trips he got for selling the roofs, guess that makes the roofs more expensive ehh... Nice roof.. may do my rental property next I'll have to get in touch with interlock
