They could have improved on the communication throughout the project. I did not fell like their cooperate side was effectively communicating with the installation team. It's like one of them did not get the full the message. In the area where we are and as we were about the estimates and etc...they did not recommend getting snow guards for the roof and that was fine but if you have high end gutters that have the mesh screens over the top then those get turned off pretty badly and i think that… Read more →
