We were told that our house would be on a waiting list. It seemed that the company is so popular that more crews are required. We had planned to use asphalt shingles. We looked around our city and were rather dismayed at how damaged the roofs were from local storms and high winds. Even new houses and recently reroofed buildings had damage. Neighbors were commenting on how much the cost of asphalt shingle reroofing has increased recently.

Workers need to do a better job of cleaning up, should have all necessary materials before starting, should inform customer when they will be starting & how they will be proceeding, how long it should take. They should also ask about a bathroom before urinating in a front garden! I was definitely not satisfied with work done. I have different coloured panels on my roof, and I have reported it but I still haven’t heard back from anyone.
