We had planned to use asphalt shingles. We looked around our city and were rather dismayed at how damaged the roofs were from local storms and high winds. Even new houses and recently reroofed buildings had damage. Neighbors were commenting on how much the cost of asphalt shingle reroofing has increased recently.

Review: July 7, 2018Completion: June 25, 2018Workers need to do a better job of cleaning up, should have all necessary materials before starting, should inform customer when they will be starting & how they will be proceeding, how long it should take. They should also ask about a bathroom before urinating in a front garden! I was definitely not satisfied with work done. I have different coloured panels on my roof, and I have reported it but I still haven’t heard back from anyone.

It would have been nice to at least know to be on the lookout for a bill or know that it was being mailed to me instead of having to go back through my contract. Not at this time.

The sales person told us there was a 50 year non prorated warranty. The warranty information we received in the mail said it is transferable to only one owner. I was not told that. It should be 50 years no matter how many owners are after us.
