We had heavier than normal snow and a lot of freeze thaw conditions. Several of the snow deflectors were pushed forward and lifted some of the roof. I think the issue was just that our roofing was installed while there was still snow on the ground, and so perfect (or at least excellent) clean-up was impossible. I don't fault the installers as I think they did the best they could. Perhaps from a scheduling perspective however, next time (for somebody else obviously), should assure that the spring melt has been significant prior to installation.
