  A bit more communication on the start date would have been nice. I had to contact them to find that out because the material sat in our driveway for a week and we hadn't heard anything so we called them. There are some corners that are very sharp on the roof it would be nice if those could have been bent in a bit more. Also, I thought we were getting a bumper for the door but we didn't receive anything like that, we have an indent in the roof already because of the garage door.

  Customer service needs improvement, lack of response or attitude needs to be improved at the office When I called to find out when I might hear from somebody for the installation the response I received was rude and Un-called for.   Interlock Roofing could improve on communication. I would have liked them to let us know when the roof was going to be delivered and finished. My roof was installed in 12 hours. All clean up and everything was done. It was extremely fast and I was impressed with how speedy it was.

  Clarification that the supply delivery date and installation date can be significantly apart. The materials arrived and we thought the installation would happen fairly close to the delivery day. But it was at least a couple of weeks that the materials sat in our driveway before the installation happened.

  I would suggest they just be more clear when they are showing up so it is easier to plan. They didn't give much knowledge of when they were dropping off material. I had to move everything the day before they started. A heads up would have been helpful.
