Customer service needs improvement, lack of response or attitude needs to be improved at the office When I called to find out when I might hear from somebody for the installation the response I received was rude and Un-called for. I was just seeking some information, then after getting that cleared up the same person at the office (shawna) told me I would hear from the material delivery person and then I would hear from the installation crew. I did hear from the delivery person but at 6:30 am on a Sunday of a long weekend the installation crew showed up without any notice. Then left within 2 hours. I called to find out what was going on, was told it would be addressed and that someone would be calling me, but the next day the crew showed up and started work again, no calls.
