Every aspect of this installation was handled in a friendly and professional manner, resulting in an expert installation. We couldn't be happier!! After dealing with the staff at Interlock, and seeing the finished roof, we don't know why everyone doesn't have an aluminum roof. I took it among myself that it would be replaced, but they just screwed down a lot of the wood that was loose. I wondered why they didn't replace the black wood, but I didn't ask. I had to call 4 times to find out what was going on. I was also disappointed that this roof cost me four times the cost of a roof replacement quote of $6100. I do love the look of this roof and I am hoping that it was the right choice in the long run, time will tell.
