Nice product The last question that was posed to Jim was about the completion date,which we were assured that it would be completed within the time line. After several phone calls and on week 7 they started. we were told that it would take 2 days which turned to be 7. So i got to listen to pounding on my roof for my week of holidays which were booked for the week after the roof was supposed to be completed, also was told they were to be screwed down instead of nails. Nice product, but the job missed the original timeline (crews started in week 7 and a 2-day job became 7 days), causing holiday disruption; installers used screws instead of nails, one satellite dish was left misaligned (TV $150 credit) and the other still awaits service - full roof inspection planned for spring.
