We were informed in July/14 of a problem with being able to produce the material in the color we chose and had to select another color. Materials were delivered end of July and installed in September. We had to initiate the calls to ask the status of delivery and installation.

However, the work was supposed to start in April and ended up starting on September 14 with several promised start dates in between also missed. The previous roof (also installed by Interlock) proved to be poorly done and we are hopeful that this time there will be no leaks. But it is too early to be confident of that. Brad explained in detail about the roof, about how it was priced, and when it would be done. Installation was done in March, as scheduled and took 7 1/2 days. Both workers were friendly, neat and professional having worked for Interlock for many years.

Later in the month of September, as I was standing on the deck of my home, enjoying the Autumn air, I noticed that one of my neighbors was having a new roof installed on their home. This roof definitely appeared to look much different than the ordinary asphalt shingles.

The crew was courteous and friendly and cleaned up at the end of every day. I was very satisfied that the place was left tidy and clean after final cleanup. I recommend Interlock Roofing to anyone wanting an impressive nice looking roof.
