  After the sale and before the installation communication was terrible. There is still roofing material on our lawn and in our gutters that is now buried under the snow. Perhaps most problematic is the damage to our parking pad. The dumpster that was parked on our parking pad scrapped a large permanent gouge in our cement. Also, there are numerous chip marks in our concrete where a worker removed some ice. I applaud removing the ice but am not happy with the disfigurement of my parking pad.… Read more →
