  The only thing I might have appreciated more was if, when I reached out in January, the time between my initial interaction and having someone actually come out to visit the house had been shorter. It took about two to three months, so that was a bit of a concern. I am not saying it was bad, but it definitely was not set in stone what was happening during that time. They were good in all areas during the project.

  Interlock Roofing could have improved the project by letting me know when they were going to be delayed a bit. We sent a check to them, and this is a long weekend, so we sent it before the weekend. When they get it, they were going to send us the 50 year limited warranty in both my name and my wife's name on the paperwork. We put that request in with the payment. If we do resell the place, we will give them our contract, and they can renew under their names.

  You could improve by delivering the product before you start the jobs, not 7 months beforehand. You could also improve by showing up on the schedule date, not 6 months late. If you do maybe offer a discount for all the frustration.
