Everything went according to plan and although I didn't see any of the workers I did get a telephone call to say they were coming and the time they would be there. All the materials were outside ready for them to use so little impact to me since I wasn't able to be there Even though this was an insurance claim there were still no issues and no longer wait time than a regular customer looking for a replacement roof. Definitely worth the extra money and less headaches

After the shingle shortness and phoning numerous times to find out when the installers were returning to finish the job I don't know about a recommendation. Keeping us informed about how long it would take to get the last of the shingles, knowing exactly when the installers were coming back. They loosened the arbor and took a chunk out of the side of the house. They didn't leave a note and we had to find that out for ourselves. I also never received my receipt. I would really appreciate it if you mail it to me.
