“They wanted to do it while we were away on a Holiday and my husband said no. He wanted to be there when it was happening. They said they would come on a Friday and then they could not come. They showed up on Monday or Tuesday at 8:00 and we did not know that they were coming. They woke us up and said they were here to do the roof.”
