The guy in the head office in Vancouver was not very professional. I made a deal with the bosses that I can make 4 installments and was 2 days late with the last payment. I got a call that they would put a lien on the house, I don't think that's the way business should be done when I already paid the first installments. The way the accounts receivable handled it was very unprofessional. They installed it on Saturday and Monday we had a very severe storm and we didn't lose a thing. If it were shingles I would have lost and I'd have to file a claim. They put their product on and I am very happy with it.
