A large part of whether or not I will recommend them will be based on whether or not my concerns about the installation are addressed in a timely manner. I have a three story home, so it is not a one story bungalow where the roof can be seen easily. They should be taking pictures of flashings and other important areas to show the owner that the work was done properly in order to inspire confidence in their work.
