This project used an Interlock® Slate system in Musket Grey on a home in Calgary, AB, completed April 28, 2017. The project covered roughly 19 squares of roofing. Communication: The delivery man called when he was on his way to the house first thing in the morning - it would have been nice to have received a call the day before. As far as the start date, I received no notification at all; the installer just showed up on my doorstep one morning. Again, some kind of prior communication would have been appreciated.I was also not informed that the installer would be collecting a cheque when he was finished. I went to the Calgary office and left my name and contact information there. The info did not get entered into the system, so after waiting a week or so and not hearing back from anyone, I called to find out what was going on. Once in the system though, an appointment was set up very quickly. I thought it was a little strange that the installer gave me a comment sheet about himself to be filled out and returned to him right then.
