What was involved in this Interlock® Slate roof installation in Calgary, AB?
This project used an Interlock® Slate system in Deep Charcoal on a home in Calgary, AB, completed November 15, 2018. The project covered roughly 38 squares of roofing. Wayne and Louise F. rated the work 3 out of 5 in an independent survey conducted by GuildQuality on December 18, 2018. Installation Crew scored 4 out of 5, with the homeowner noting: “Crew members were courteous and diligent, but were hampered by poor weather conditions.” The installation was carried out by Interlock Roofing.
To this date, Dec. 17/18, we have yet to receive any warranty documentation. We feel that scheduling could be improved, and that someone should periodically either visit the work site, or at least keep the customer informed as to what is happening.
