This project used an Interlock® Cedar Shingle system in Tudor Brown on a home in Cypress County, AB, completed February 16, 2018. The project covered roughly 28 squares of roofing. Gloria and Carol H. rated the work 4 out of 5 in an independent survey conducted by GuildQuality on March 14, 2018. Sales Punctuality scored 4 out of 5. The installation was carried out by Interlock Roofing.
Communication could be better. We had less then 24 hours notice for delivery and even less time for the roofers. Keeping the area clean while working was difficult due to the high winds and blowing snow while they were doing the project. We are still picking up material debris everyday now and will for time to come. This ibcludes roofing nails as well. They did their best however... Also the contractor roofers should not feel so pressured to do a job when weather unfavourable. We suggested they come back in a few weeks before they started but they said they could not afford the down time. This issue needs to be addressed. Communicating needs to be better between all divisions.
