What was involved in this Interlock® Shake roof installation in Edmonton, AB?
This project used an Interlock® Shake system in Aged Copper on a home in Edmonton, AB, completed January 11, 2019. The project covered roughly 28 squares of roofing. Bruce and Elaine M. rated the work 4 out of 5 in an independent survey conducted by GuildQuality on January 11, 2019. Communication scored 2 out of 5, with the homeowner noting: “Interlock completely failed to keep me informed of delivery and installation schedule delays.” The installation was carried out by Interlock Roofing.
As previously mentioned, communication of schedule changes and accurate reasons for the delays. Since the installation was completed in December, the rooves have been covered in snow. I am reserving final endorsement of both product and installation quality until they have been through a range of weather conditions including heavy rain, high wind and high temperature.
