This project used an Interlock® Slate system in Black on a home in Edmonton, AB, completed October 9, 2015. The project covered roughly 18 squares of roofing. I couldn't get the rodney to call me back if my life depended on it after the install. I left my phone number with his secretary with a request to call back due to some items of the roof lifting and i eventually had to email and then call Derek who sent someone out. The whole experience up to that point was good. But trying to follow up with Rodney left a very sour and unprofessional taste in my mouth. The product is good and i speak well of it. I wouldnt go out of my way to tell anyone to go with interlock due to that poor experience. Also, when the guy who was supposed to fix my roof came by, there was no notification of when they would be back to repair.
