This project used an Interlock® Slate system in Black on a home in Edmonton, AB, completed April 12, 2019. The project covered roughly 25 squares of roofing. Dwayne and Rita B. rated the work 5 out of 5 in an independent survey conducted by GuildQuality on May 10, 2019. Problem Resolution scored 3 out of 5, with the homeowner noting: “The lady was supposed to call me about about the installers that charged me for extras that they should not have billed me for.” The installation was carried out by Interlock Roofing.
The salesman should call once in a while. The extra billing I was not happy with. But the lady I called said that she could resolve it, but I have yet to hear back from her. Besides that, everything else was good.
