We love the new look of our house! The installation crew was great and although some of the office staff could use a lesson in being more courteous we were overall very happy with the job. After completion of the job the communication from office staff regarding payment was not well received at all and they were rude and abrupt with messages. They were told that upon completion that my husband (who was paying) had to see the finished work before a cheque would be issued. We received a phone call (message) from a lady that was not well received especially when collections was mentioned. VERY unprofessional as it was not even 30 after completion.
