What was involved in this Interlock® Slate roof installation in Ponoka, AB?
This project used an Interlock® Slate system in Black on a home in Ponoka, AB, completed December 3, 2014. The project covered roughly 50 squares of roofing. Rollie and Joanne C. rated the work 4 out of 5 in an independent survey conducted by GuildQuality on January 15, 2015. Employees Professionalism scored 5 out of 5. The installation was carried out by Interlock Roofing.
Timelines were way out, the project was suppose to be completed in the late summer or early fall, but installation was in December in snow conditions and cold work environment. Although I think the installation was done well, I have to think that winter is not the best time to install as hands get cold, perhaps things don't get done exactly to spec, but we have no way of knowing. We were billed for 50 squares of material and I expected to be able to keep the left over over material.
