This project used an Interlock® Slate system in Charcoal Grey on a home in Stony Plain, AB, completed April 27, 2015. The project covered roughly 20 squares of roofing. Conrad and Wendy H. rated the work 3 out of 5 in an independent survey conducted by GuildQuality on May 15, 2015. Employees Professionalism scored 3 out of 5, with the homeowner noting: “The roof took a year longer to install due to lack of communication.” The installation was carried out by Interlock Roofing.
They could have been better with communication. I really hope Interlock Roofing does better moving forward. It was a very frustrating process for a very high end product and I expected a better quality of service when making this sort of investment.
