When you deliver the materials you need to arrange to START the roofing work SOON. The only real complaint I have on the project is the materials at in my driveway ( with plastic and card-board boxes blowing in the wind)for over a week and no one called to organize an installation date and schedule. This is an unacceptable business practise. Communication with customers is IMPORTANT
