They could have brought the product two or three days prior to the job, that would have been nice, and given us some notice, and not left it out to where someone could have stolen it

  Our biggest concern was the things that went into dumpster rather then being recycled. they were trying to get the job done as quickly as possible, which we were glad for but they threw a lot of stuff in the dumpster. They did in 3 days instead of a week, which was pretty impressive. We had a problem getting rid of the dumpster, but that was a more a problem with the dumpster company.

  I think communication could be improved between the office staff and the customer. I was not notified of the delivery date of the product, nor was I notified in a timely manner regarding the amount of strapping I was providing, nor was I notified when the disposal bin was to arrive.   For other people getting quotes from Interlock, it was disappointing to have to find out through our asking them questions that they lay their roofing product over the top of the existing roof without removing it, and that they weren't open about it. They don't openly discuss this with you. If we hadn't asked, we wouldn't have known.
