What was involved in this Interlock® Slate roof installation in Fredericton, NB?
This project used an Interlock® Slate system in Tile Red on a home in Fredericton, NB, completed June 25, 2015. The project covered roughly 21 squares of roofing. William G. rated the work 4 out of 5 in an independent survey conducted by GuildQuality on January 5, 2016. Communication scored 3 out of 5, with the homeowner noting: “There was a lack of follow up, particularly there was a portion of damaged siding that they promised to replace; but did not.” The installation was carried out by Interlock Roofing.
One concern that I had, was that the customer satisfaction survey that Interlock Roofing asked me to fill out, was required to be filled out in the presence of the installer at the immediate completion of the job on the day he left. That made little to no sense to me. A person should have the opportunity to enjoy the product for a specified period of time before filling out customer satisfaction analysis. There is no opportunity immediately after the completion of the project to know if there are any problems. I would recommend being allowed to wait a certain period of time so that it is an accurate survey.
