I bought the best product on the market, waited months for an installation date (after paying the upfront deposit), I made the interim progress payment as requested (no proof of payment required) & made the final payment the day it was requested & the next day was asked for proof of payment like I'm some sort of chump who doesn't pay his account balance. Nice way to finish off the job!

It's worth it if you can afford it. The company is much more professional than any local contractor (and I talked to several). It feels strange always calling a toll-free number during Pacific time for any concerns. After we signed the contract, we were expecting to have local contact person.
