Should be the other way round. So far we are very happy with our new roof. We hope that it will last for at least 50 years, that we won't have any problems and that you'll help us out if we have problems with a good and quick service as you promised.

Improve communications between scheduling staff and client - At the end of Sept we were told that it would be 6-8 weeks before the roof was scheduled. At week 10 I had to reach out to Bob to find out what was going on. The roofing materials did show up in Mid Dec. As it was, installation did not occur until Dec 30 and Jan 6. The crew had to clean snow off twice.2. Hire more staff to install roofs.

That made little to no sense to me. A person should have the opportunity to enjoy the product for a specified period of time before filling out customer satisfaction analysis.
