  After receiving a lien in error and not having much cooperation in rectifying the manner, we would currently hesitate in recommending the product... too much stress with the process. (1) This was a new build. We were assured that the installers will be able to prep for the installation from the architectural drawings. They decided at the last minute that they couldn't.
