Before installation my neighbour was skeptical, mentioning that leaks would be difficult to detect if they developed. However he changed his mind after completion, when it was pointed out that 4 of the 6 days required for installation was spent prepping the roof surface (virtually insuring no future leakage) then 2 days actually laying the tiles. If anyone wants a recommendation I would be happy to comply.
