Metal Shingles Marysville, WA Review
Review: January 9, 2018Completion: December 10, 2017They could have improved the final cleaning. Ross said the installation would only be 2-3 days but it took a week. I was not satisfied about that.

Metal Shingles Troutdale, OR Review
Review: January 9, 2018Completion: December 12, 2017I would recommend their products but I would let them know of the issues I ran into when it came to the install. They need to improve on their poor communication about material delivery date, installation date and any other issues that may arise during a customer's project. Angela the project manager or scheduler did not communicate well with me during the project.

Metal Shingles Oak Harbor, WA Review
Review: January 8, 2018Completion: December 20, 2017I would do it, but hesitantly. The company, unquestionably. However, due to the problems with the installation crew, not so much so. Train crews all over the nation on doing a daily cleanup, if for nothing more than the safety of the homeowner.Keeping the homeowner advised on the status of their project. I think that I've made enough comments above. If anyone would like further clarification, our number is (360) 679-0820.

Metal Shingles Steinbach, MB Review
Review: January 8, 2018Completion: July 28, 2017It would be nice to have the roof inspected once complete before the crew leaves. There is a spot the crew missed sealing and it is now leaking into my house.

Metal Shingles Feeding Hills, MA Review
Review: January 8, 2018Completion: December 4, 2017even though we were pleased with cleanup effort we still find occasionally a piece of metal. Come the spring I would except to fine more debris but we are still extremely pleased with the crew and the outcome. Pricing was very fair and was cheaper than some competitors.

Metal Shingles Edmonton, AB Review
Review: January 7, 2018Completion: December 12, 2017Communication. Not from the roofers, they were very professional. From the office staff. Overall, a good experience but there seems to be a communication gap between what I think is your head office in the States and a local Alberta contact. The contact number we had was for the States office and it was only after a few calls that we realized that we were calling an American office but no one gave us a contact closer to home and clearly our concerns/questions were not being passed on, or were… Read more →

Metal Shingles Portland, OR Review
Review: January 6, 2018Completion: December 20, 2017Everything was good. Schedule was flexible due to weather. I was confirmed three different start dates only to then be pushed back another week. Our crew was helpful and nice. I did, however, not receive a follow up call post install. This is the biggest home expense I’ll likely ever do, and the only person to folllow up was the finance person to see if he could release the money. A call from Glenn or Angela would have felt good to ensure everything was good once install was complete.

Metal Shingles Fox Island, WA Review
Review: January 6, 2018Completion: January 6, 2018The reason I won't be using Interlock is that at my age and the cost of a new Interlock roof system I can't justify putting on a $30K+ roof when I have other home priorities. If I was 20 years younger and still working I wouldn't hesitate putting an Interlock roof system on.

Metal Shingles Kamloops, BC Review
Review: December 21, 2017Completion: November 17, 2017I got an email correspondence that was a chain of a conversation. There was someone in the office that was quite rude and made us seem like a problem customer with the finances. The timeline and project management didn't go quite as expected. The materials weren't there right away, so there was some disorganization. A really big strength was in resolving problems and sticking with it.
