Standing Seam Etobicoke, ON Review
Review: December 14, 2017Completion: November 7, 2017After receiving a lien in error and not having much cooperation in rectifying the manner, we would currently hesitate in recommending the product... too much stress with the process. (1) This was a new build. We were assured that the installers will be able to prep for the installation from the architectural drawings. They decided at the last minute that they couldn't.

Metal Shingles Toronto, ON Review
Review: December 13, 2017Completion: November 28, 2017We are very surprised that no supervisory staff came around at least once during work or right after completion (maybe they did and we didn't know it). Also thought the sales rep would contact or visit during the job. We requested that photos taken during the installation - particularly of the fixing of the sway - be sent to us but received nothing so far.

Metal Shingles Narragansett, RI Review
Review: December 13, 2017Completion: November 18, 2017Better communication overall, especially by email (so many phone calls these days are crooks and scammers that I tend to ignore the phone). And it would be good to have one person on the job at all times who can communicate clearly in English. That last day nobody could remember where they had left the bird feeder that had been hanging in front, and I wasn't sure I was getting though to them what was missing. We just got lucky that as I was watching them scroll through the photos on their… Read more →

Metal Shingles Standish, ME Review
Review: December 13, 2017The price he gave me of $24k was way too high for the roof. I could build a shed with a roof for that much.

Metal Shingles Ponoka County, AB Review
Review: December 13, 2017Completion: November 18, 2017They could have improved on the cleanliness and sticking to a time frame. Their snow hooks don't work at all. I have more snow flying off my roof where they are than before. As far as I can see, it looks good and there are no leaks.

Metal Shakes Blaine, MN Review
Review: December 12, 2017Completion: November 7, 2017I am, very much so, and I have been doing that. That's a 4-plus! They have been phenomenal! I would hire them personally to do any work on my buildings anytime! I'm very, very pleased! We're in a very exclusive neighborhood and I get compliments from neighbors continually about their work. I tell them when I can to contact Interlock because their work is tremendous and I couldn't be happier with the product, service, or work - especially with the crew who installed the roof.

Metal Shingles Gig Harbor, WA Review
Review: December 12, 2017Completion: November 14, 20171. A more professional introductory meeting with the start up install that includes either a salesman or representative. This would include a complete overview of the install, ie.. installer introductions, expectations, timeline, general support to the homeowner. 2. FLASHING END CAP NEEDS TO BE DEVELOPED. I'm willing to discuss further with photos if needed. Would appreciate contact from an influential representative.

Metal Shingles Kitchener, ON Review
Review: December 11, 2017Completion: December 11, 2017On the back of our house we have a sun room with a glass roof. On the day of installation, I was not home, the next day when I returned I noticed one of the glass panes was broken. I have a warranty for the sun room, so they did come out and replace the panel. Because I have that warranty, I did not contact Interlock Roofing however, I do feel they should be aware of the problem that occurred.

Review: December 11, 2017Completion: December 11, 2017The sales man that we were dealing with ended up being very hard to deal with and was not open to our questions and inquiries about the project.
