Metal Shingles Chemainus, BC Review
Review: November 16, 2017Completion: November 16, 2017Iffy. Enjoyed Randal, Dustin, and Ryan very much. Not so pleased with the run-around, nor the lack of forthright answers. As stated - Project Management, Honesty, and Communication. I think I've said everything now. The straight forward, untarnished, unguilded truth.

Metal Shingles Vancouver, WA Review
Review: November 15, 2017Completion: October 25, 2017Interlock Roofing needed to have knowledge about the original crew that came out to do the work. They didn't have any knowledge on how to do the work. They were new and hadn't work on this kind of project before. The only negative statement is about the original crew that came out to do the work. The positive is that when we called to complain about the first crew. Interlock Roofing made the adjustment immediately. I am very happy with the way they handled the situation and completed the… Read more →

Standing Seam New Market, ON Review
Review: November 14, 2017Completion: November 14, 2017Interlock Roofing could have improved on their communication and understanding of what all was involved in this project. We have a bungalow style house which the surface area is larger than a typical house.

Metal Shingles Cologne, MN Review
Review: November 13, 2017Completion: December 24, 2016We had vents put on our family room that had no vents and didn't need them because the ceiling inside is directly under the insulated roof. I wish they had asked before they installed the vents. The job was done in the end of December 2016. They left material here on our lawn that would be picked up in spring, which was okay with us. Well, spring came, so we moved the items off the lawn. A strong wind blew the boxes and some of the material around. Again I picked it up and put it just under the… Read more →

Standing Seam Eugene, OR Review
Review: November 13, 2017Completion: October 3, 2017The after care. Since the roof was finished at night, in the dark, it was not possible to assess. A few days later I discovered a problem and it took 3 texts and more than 3 weeks to get it handled. It is now taken care of and I am happy.

Metal Shingles Gladstone, OR Review
Review: November 13, 2017Completion: November 13, 2017We were impressed over all, but at this price point and the number of other projects we need to do the roofing project needs to be put off for a number of years considering our roof is perfectly fine currently.

Metal Shingles Cromwell, CT Review
Review: November 11, 2017We met them two weeks ago at a Home Show. They said that it would be twice as much as a regular roof, but when they got out here they quoted me for a price that was 4 times as much as what they said. Price is a big factor. When they told me it was going to be twice as much, that was misleading. It was 4 times as much.

Metal Shingles White Lake, ON Review
Review: November 11, 2017Completion: August 25, 2017The structural quality of the product is excellent, but I am not happy with the communication from the project manager. There could have been better communication, and more responsiveness. I really appreciate that the company does the follow up with the survey. I hope something is done with the feedback.

Metal Shingles Naples, ME Review
Review: November 10, 2017Completion: November 10, 2017If Interlock Roofing would like to contact me to create a roof that would be fine. I am comfortable with the quality and comfortable with Michael. They are considerably higher than other roofs. They are a certain type of roof so you can not compare apples to apples. You can not go into bankruptcy. The goal is to put a roof on a house. They can be at least competitive even if it is a different kind of roof. It is still just a roof.

Metal Shingles Oak Harbor, WA Review
Review: November 10, 2017Completion: October 7, 2017Providing the homeowner a project timeline so we knew what to expect and when. Basically, a step-by-step plan so we could track along. When working on the roof over our new front deck, they could have laid down protective material to prevent the new decking from being damaged.
